Garelick Small Outboard Motor Carrier Review

Unit will not handle stated capacity.I have a Tohatsu 9.8 horse, which weighs 82 pounds (carrier is rated to 15 horse / 85 pounds) that if left on its own would pull the carrier over.Unit may be OK for much smaller motors.
